Dietary supplements companies often label anabolic steroids as dietary supplements. So, they sell these illicit medicines. Myogenix admitted to selling Spawn since 2007 till 2009. Myogenix was sentenced to pay a $500.000 fine. Furthermore, Myogenix forfeited $100.000 immediately.
According to the decision of the court, products produced and sold by this company will be tested for five years by an independent organization. All new nutrition supplements should be checked carefully and approved by the FDA before the company may sell them.
