According to the decision of the court, products produced and sold by this company will be tested for five years by an independent organization. All new nutrition supplements should be checked carefully and approved by the FDA before the company may sell them.

No one was sentenced to imprisonment. This lawyer was hired to defend also other companies that were linked to the site Bodybuilding.com. These companies also were sentenced only to fines and money forfeitures.
