The bodybuilder says that he has the largest arms in the world because he has too strict diets and workouts. The Egyptian bodybuilder eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. He also consumes much water and protein shakes.
However it is obvious that nutrition and workouts have substantial role, numerous people doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is hard to believe that suitable trainings and nutrition can lead to such enhancement in arms. Which conditions are responsible for the large arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was published that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with steroid use appeared soon. Certain people believe that anabolic steroids are responsible for the massive arms of this guy. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder affirm about application administration of steroids? It is administered in order to increase muscles in circumference. Thus, it is suggested that Moustafa Ismail uses Synthol. However, the Egyptian bodybuilder claims that he doesn’t take this remedy.
