Rampage Jackson feels as if he were 25 due to testosterone replacement therapy

The mixed martial artist and actor Quinton “Rampage” Jackson reported about benefits of the steroid testosterone in the interview with Gary Alexander of “Fighters Only Magazine”. He talked about his decision to apply testosterone, about its effects on increase of muscle size, his bodyweight and his sexuality. He said these words after his fail at UFC 144 in Japan.
The UFC champion was openly discussing about his decision to find a health care provider who could recommend him testosterone replacement therapy. He said honestly because he believed that testosterone didn’t include in anabolic steroids.  Rampage Jackson said that steroids were for muscles but testosterone was natural. So, he was mistaken, considering that testosterone is not an anabolic steroid.
Actually, use of testosterone replacement therapy in mixed martial arts is a controversial issue. Testosterone is utilized legally in case of hypogonadism (reduced testosterone production). Thus, mixed martial artists that experience this illness may get a therapeutic use exemption which permits to administer the steroid testosterone legally.
But the problem which is widely discussed is whether the athlete who utilizes therapeutic dosage of testosterone may get unfair advantage during competitions.
The most of athletes that have got a therapeutic use exemption for usage of testosterone for therapeutic purposes deny getting any enhancement of performance because of testosterone replacement therapy.
As for Rampage Jackson, he admitted that testosterone replacement therapy had increased his muscle size, speeded his recovery from his injuries and influenced positively on his sexual life. The mixed martial artist said that he had experienced a knee injury. After he had used 3 dosages of testosterone, the knee was healed. He added bodyweight and muscle size. This mixed martial artist stated that small dosages of the steroid testosterone had caused significant changes in him. His sexual life was improved essentially; he began to feel as if he had been just 25.
Rampage Jackson condemned steroids for his impossibility to lose weight to compete in the 206lb weight category.
Rampage Jackson reports that he doesn’t violate any rule. He administeres testosterone and confirms that it is legitimately.
